We are pleased you have chosen to visit our site. We encourage you to explore the site to learn about our ministries and events. More importantly, however, we invite you to visit our building for Sunday worship or any time during the week to meet the special people who are involved in these ministries and activities.
What to Expect Sunday Morning
Where to Park There is a circular parking lot around the church building with three entrances for your convenience. Entrance 1 is the main entrance located on the east side of the building and has the large portico over it. Entrance 2 and Entrance 3 are secondary entrances located on the west and south sides of the building, respectively.
What to Wear On Sunday morning, you will see people dressed in a wide range of attire from jeans to dress clothes. We want everyone to feel at home.
Where Will My Kids Go? Children are important at Ripley. Our building has areas specifically designed for children. Your kids will be as happy here as you are!
Nursery (ages 0-2 1/2) A staffed, teaching nursery is located out the auditorium doors to the right.
Jesus' Farm (Ages 2 1/2 yrs. - K) Jesus' Farm is our pre-school program, offered during both hours, to help children know that God loves & cares for us. Every activity is geared to the child's learning level. It is located out the auditorium doors to the left. Your child may be checked in at the desk.
REVOLVE (Grades 1 - 5) REVOLVE is our elementary age program located in the lower level of the fellowship hall. Bring your child down at 9:00 for Sunday School. Students attend a portion of adult worship 2 with their parents and are dismissed prior to the sermon. REVOLVE is a time of worship geared to an elementary level, designed to develop a relationship with Jesus Christ through different activities.
What's Worship Like? On Sundays, Ripley offers worship at 9:00 am and 10:30 a.m. Sunday worship is filled with a mix of contemporary and traditional music, technology, and relevant messages. Our services typically last 75 minutes.
Communion and Offering Communion is available to all believers in Christ. Our tradition is to eat the bread and to take the cup as it is passed. As a guest, you are not expected to make an offering. Offerings are made by our members as part of their commitment to God and the church.
Adult Bible Fellowships / Bible School Many members participate in worship during one hour and a Bible school class the other hour. Whether you are new to the faith or someone with many Bible classes under your belt, there is a class perfect for you. In addition to topical Bible classes, there are classes geared to different age groups such as middle school students, young adults, and mature adults. Stop by the Welcome Center for a current list of Bible classes offered on Sunday mornings.
Need More Information? Stop by the Welcome Center in the foyer if you have any questions during your visit.
